I love to share pieces from my websites and am pretty generous in doing so. However I do ask a few considerations from you:

‡ All text is copyrighted. Please do not use without first asking. ‡ Some images and audio used in the website sections are licensed. All are copyrighted. Please do not use without first getting permission.
‡ Individual websites may have specific copyright restrictions. Please read the copyright notice for each site.

You may do the following without first asking:

‡ You may link a page or site to Social Media. In fact we encourage you to do so.
‡ You may provide a brief page synopsis with the link. After all, synopsizes does encourage clicking through.
‡ You may use brief excerpts for reviews. We like positive reviews (hint).
‡ You may share a link to a page on your website. We'd appreciate it very much if let us know you have done so.

Regarding Embedded PDF Links:

‡ The PDF is provided for personal use only.
‡ With permission, the PDF may be copied and distributed in the teaching of a course. Before you do so, please ask us first. Most times we are more than willing to share.
‡ The PDF may not be copied and distributed, used in printed mater (including teaching materials) or posted on a website, without prior permission. Please ask first.
‡ The PDF may not be striped of images or its copyright/credit information

Definition of "Prior Permission" and "ask first":

"Prior Permission" means that permission has been granted via a dated written notice spelling out the exact permission granted, along with required criteria for use. Email or mail will suffice.
