Return to Watercolor Photography
One of my goals as the fine art photographer is to give a unique dynamic to the look of my photography. One of the looks that I have employed is the of "watercolor photography." The technique begins with the Raw image, where exposure, color, luminosity, and focus tweaks are made. This is followed by a sequence of structuring, bleaching, perceptual changes, and cross-processing. No two images are done the same. No pre-set, templates, or photo-actions are used. What I strive for is the perfect watercolor look for the image, one that conveys not only the idea of the image being a watercolor, but also uses the technique to heighten the emotion of the image.
